CCI amends General Regulations; specifies norms w.r.t request by party seeking access to confidential information
Editorial Note : The CCI has notified the CCI (General) Amendment Regulations, 2024. A new sub-regulation (6A) has been inserted. It states that the party seeking access to confidential information must make a request to set up a confidentiality ring by way of an application as soon as possible. Further, in case such a request is made by a party post receipt of the non-confidential version of the investigation report, the same must be made within a period of 10 days from the receipt.
